My work as an Enneagram coach is rooted in lived experience, deep study, and a genuine belief in our capacity to grow into our most authentic selves.

I was introduced to the Enneagram in 2001 while training as a Certified Integral Coach with New Ventures West in San Francisco. From the beginning, I was captivated by its ability to reveal not just what we do, but why we do it. Over the years, I continued my study with respected Enneagram teachers including Russ Hudson, Michael Naylor, Dale Rhodes, Beatrice Chestnut, and Uranio Paes.

Before entering the counseling field, I spent more than 20 years in sales and sales management within the broadcasting industry. As a General Sales Manager, I used the Enneagram to better understand myself, my leadership style, and the personalities of those around me—my boss, my sales team, and my clients. This experience gave me lasting compassion for workplace stress, career dissatisfaction, confidence challenges, and the complexity of human dynamics at work.

In 2011, I earned my Master’s in Counseling from George Fox University. In my counseling practice, the Enneagram became a powerful tool for helping clients understand the lens through which they experience the world. I found that clients willing to engage in self-reflection and self-awareness were better equipped to identify self-created obstacles and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

In this next chapter of my life, I completed the rigorous Professional and Personal Enneagram Certification through Chestnut Paes Academy. Today, I devote my work to coaching individuals who are ready to explore what keeps them stuck, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and experiment with new ways of being. Supporting others in living from their authentic selves is both meaningful and deeply fulfilling for me.

I believe life itself is our greatest teacher. While challenges and suffering are rarely welcome, they often reveal our strengths, unmet needs, and hidden resilience. Through the insights of the Enneagram, we will explore your patterns with compassion—recognizing both the strengths that sustain you and the blind spots that limit your freedom.

It is an honor to share what I have learned through my training, my professional work, and my own life experiences. My clients are also my teachers and companions on the path.
